Cancellation, Refund & Returns Policy

Anantavi Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. offers digital products, documentation systems, and compliance-related solutions. Due to the nature of these offerings, access and/or delivery may be provided immediately upon successful purchase.
2. No Return / No Replacement Policy
All products and services sold by Anantavi Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. are non-returnable and non-replaceable once sold. Upon successful purchase and delivery or access, no requests for return, replacement, or exchange shall be entertained. Users are advised to review all product and service details carefully prior to making a purchase.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after successful payment.
- In case of subscription-based services (if applicable), cancellation will only apply to future billing cycles, and no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
4. Refund Policy
All payments made to Anantavi Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable, except under the following limited circumstances:
- Failure to provide access to the purchased product or service
- Verified technical issues that prevent usage of the product
- Duplicate or erroneous transactions

6. Mode of Refund (If approved)
In cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed via UPI within 3–5 business days.
7. User Responsibility
By making a purchase, the user acknowledges that:
- They have read and understood the product/service details.
- They agree to this Cancellation, Refund & Returns Policy.
- The purchase is made voluntarily and is final.
8. Company Rights
