If you are an Individual Doctor having Consultancy and / or visiting multiple hospitals.
You are a DOCTOR USER   

1. Visit www.anantent.com
2. Click on ‘Create Account’
3. Choose if you are a Hospital User or a Doctor User.
4. Enter correct details about your hospital/Clinic.
5. Choose a subscription & pay securely.
6. The account will be activated within 24hrs after you register.
7. You will get a SMS on activation of your account

1. Visit www.anantent.com & click on ‘eConsent’
2. Login with your username and password
3. Choose the procedure for the consent form
4. Select the doctor/hospital name.
5. Enter patient details.
6. Download the consent form in PDF.
7. You can either mail a copy to the patient or you can print it and get it manually filled.
