eRecord

A QR code cloud-based app, to store hand written records in digital format for medical practitioners.

eRecord is a cloud-based application which helps in digitizing, sorting and storing handwritten record in image format, in an easy and secure way. The Patient record is stored on a secure server in an encrypted format and can be accessed at any time, from any location. eRecord helps storing additional investigative reports for a particular patient.

Items Required to make the system work:

  1. Sticker page with QR codes.(Provided by us.)
  2. An internet connection.
  3. Mobile with camera.

Why e-Record ?


How to Use ?

  1. Doctor has to sign in from own device at the start of the day. At the end of the day, they are logged out of the account automatically.
  2. A patient visits the doctor/clinic. The doctor/clinic assigns an OPD paper/prescription to the patient by matching the QRcode with the name of the patient and mobile.
  3. The doctor documents the information of the patient on the OPD paper/prescription.
  4. To store the written information the doctor scans the QR code.
  5. Scanning the QR Code opens the website. Assign the QR code to the patient. (If already assigned, the website will directly open with patient details.)
  6. Open mobile camera to take picture of the OPD paper/prescription. Additional report images can be attached to the patient QR code
  7. Once saved, the app stores the info on the web.
  8. Whenever the doctor wants to retrieve the info just login to the account, enter the patients name, mobile number or scan the QR code on the document.
How to Register ?

  1. Visit www.anantent.com/eRecord
  2. Click on Register
  3. Enter your correct details
  4. Choose the number of QR codes needed
  5. Choose Subscription and pay securely
  6. Your account will be verified and activated in next 24 hrs
  7. The QR codes will be mailed to your address in the next 7 working days.
